Presenter:

Jolene Erlacher has a doctorate in education and international leadership. She currently teaches graduate leadership courses at Bethany Global University, North Central University, and Southeastern University. Jolene grew up as a missionary kid. As a speaker and consultant, she has been working with mission agencies and other faith-based non-profits for the past decade on engaging the next generation. Jolene has written several books including Millennials in Ministry and Daniel Generation. Her new book, Mobilizing Gen Z: Challenges and Opportunities for the Global Age of Missions (William Carey Publishing) was released in August 2022. She is also a certified IPSAT leadership coach and church consultant.
