By submitting this request, I am stating that I am 18 years or older and wish to serve as a volunteer for the 2021 Mission Leaders Conference.

I understand that during my shift, my commitment is as a “volunteer first, participant second” and agree that, if needed, my volunteer duty will take priority over participation in the conference. I agree that I will not reserve nor take a seat until at least 10 minutes after a session or meal starts. I also agree that, if it becomes necessary, I am prepared to give up my seat so that a fully-paid participant will not be left standing.
