Doug began his IT career as a programmer in 1979. In 1986 he founded the IT Managed Services company MicroNet, Inc., providing technology consulting to over 700 businesses. In 2002, after selling MicroNet, he founded ChamberMaster, a software company serving over 2000 chambers of commerce in the U.S. He then sold that company and joined Wycliffe in 2010. In 2019 Doug, along with two other Chief Information Officers, formed a CIO consulting service called Summit CXO, specializing in providing fractional CIO services to other ministries, including Wycliffe Bible Translators. Doug holds a degree in Business Administration and has spoken often on technology and innovation.
