Director of Mission and Outreach, Zarephath Christian Church
Mark grew up as an immigrant from the age of 4 and spent most of his adult life working with refugees in Asia. He speaks and leads worship in two languages, and has consulted with mission groups in every continent except Australia. He currently serves as director of mission and outreach for a church in NJ where he works with many immigrants. He taught at Fuller School of Global Leadership for 7 years and currently teaches missions at Liberty University. Mark’s doctorate focused on collaboration in mission, specifically on the way cooperation is affected by the dynamics of in-group identity. His current ministry and research interests include application of design and systems thinking to mission strategy as well as diaspora outreach.
