Summary

This book discusses the work of mobilizing Gen Z (young people born between 1996 and 2010) for global ministry in this tumultuous time of change and complexity and in the context of the global age of missions. To present the opportunities and challenges of Gen Z mobilization, the authors divide their book into four parts: (1) the contexts and cultural shifts (e.g., post-Christian and post-missions realities) in which young people are being mobilized and where they are going to serve; (2) the generational traits and trends related to Gen Z (along with their mindsets, goals, identity, faith and ministry perspectives); (3) the practical strategies (e.g., tangible relationships and coaching approach) for mobilizing the young people whom God is calling into missions; and (4) the insights and implications for future missions (e.g., global collaboration and leading innovation).
