Our colleague Mark Walker gave this tremendous presentation, making the case that America’s prisoners are their own ethnolinguistic people group because of the cultural differences found in prison. It’s also powerful in presenting the idea that there is already a viable indigenous church on the inside, doing the work of mission. I highly recommend it:
