East Asia Regional Director

Youth for Christ is seeking a passionate leader to serve as the East Asia Regional Director, a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening Youth for Christ ministries across the region. This position involves developing a strategic vision, supporting National Directors, and pioneering new Youth for Christ programs in unreached nations. The role also includes organizing regional events, training leaders, securing ministry partners, and ensuring compliance with Youth for Christ International’s chartering requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a heart for empowering youth ministry across East Asia.

This full-time, remote position requires living within the Asia Pacific Area and working closely with the Area Director. The East Asia Regional Director will lead a Regional Leadership Team, helping to build strong national ministries while engaging in fundraising for personal support.
