Program & Project Coordinator

The Avance España Program & Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for helping the processes of the program flow in a timely, flexible, but efficient manner in the formation of apprentices and the service to ministry partners. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Director regarding calendars, curriculum, and project management on routine and special projects.

Avance España is a 1-2 year missional formation program with a unique look to pedagogy through practice, learning communities, and one-to-one mentoring. We value immersive living and serving under local leaders, incarnational presence, and contextually relevant innovation alongside our friends and ministry partners. Our formational process not only gives apprentices competencies in cross-cultural, community-based mission, but also comes alongside to encourage, support, and spur on local ministry partners to serve missionally in their neighborhoods and cities. Staff serve as experienced co-learners who continually engage alongside our national partners as well. Avance España also offers an optional master’s degree in community-based cross-cultural mission through a partnership with Kairos University.
