The Director of Sending will lead a large team of staff and volunteers to educate, train, send, and care for Goers in our large, fruitful sending pipeline. You will use your natural gifts for leadership and influence to multiply the vision of sending into all ministry areas of Redeemer while annually engaging hundreds of new people with God’s heart for the nations. At the same time, you will oversee the team that leads our training program for prospective long-term Goers, lead the efforts to care for those already sent, and pour into Redeemer members and attenders to raise up more all-in Goers and Senders.

About Us:
Since it was planted in 2008, Redeemer Church has sent 82 long-term workers to unreached peoples and places, with 42 currently on the field. We strive to send 5-10 long-term Goers to plant churches among the unreached per year, while caring well for those who are currently on the field to maximize longevity. Our Send Team currently has 9 full-time employees, not including the Director, and regularly engages our congregation in events with 100-200+ attendees.
