Controller

Perspectives is a growing organization and with recent organizational structure change is seeking a hands-on Controller to guide in organizational financial health. As Director of the Finance Department, the Controller will provide leadership, direction, and management to the Finance team and financial aspects of the ministry. The Controller oversees all accounting operations according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as well as the recommendations of the
Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). The Controller serves as part of the Perspectives Leadership Team.
