- Maintenance of shop and equipment
- Safety and professionalism in work
Requirements
- A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth
- Embrace the vision, mission, and core values of JAARS
- Ability to work with others
- Attention to detail
- Blueprint reading
- Operate manual lathes and milling machines proficiently
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Technical school, trade school, or college education desired
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the trade
