Regional Mobilizer

Drive engagement with JAARS and recruitment by connecting mission-minded individuals to their calling. As a Regional Mobilizer, you’ll identify talent, build strong relationships, and champion JAARS in your region—bridging recruits to purpose-filled roles through strategic outreach, evaluation, and collaboration.

Position Responsibilities

• Carry out the overall recruiting strategy as given by the Director of Recruitment and promote the JAARS brand and messaging on campus.
• Connect with recruitment leads in your region and provide ongoing resources and information about serving at JAARS.
• Pray regularly for mobilization opportunities in your region.
• Serve as the vital link between recruitment leads and JAARS recruiters, ensuring clear, timely, and personal communication that drives connection, trust, and forward momentum in the recruitment process.
• Represent JAARS at recruitment events in your region.
• Build and strengthen relationships with school career centers, faculty/staff, and discipleship ministries at colleges and universities in your region.
• Other responsibilities as assigned (e.g. classroom presentations, student community events, etc.)

Position Requirements

• A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth.
• Embrace the vision, mission, and core values of JAARS.
• Reside within two hours of at least one university/college that is beneficial to JAARS’ recruitment strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, ideas, and instructions to different stakeholders.
• Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build relationships through building rapport, and building trust and ability to work collaboratively with all departments as well as function independently.
• Willing to travel.
• Experience with Google Workspace or willingness to learn.
