Assistant Director of Digital Ministries

Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Digital Ministries works to reach the unreached people of Indonesia through digital outreach efforts. The assistant director expands the reach of digital evangelism efforts through providing coaching and training to various teams of Indonesian staff, providing support to the national Indonesian directors of the ministry, and spreading the work of the ministry to current and potential partners in the U.S.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assists the director as instructed in fulfilling the mission of Indopartners
• Helps coach and train digital outreach efforts in Indonesia
• Regularly communicates with the national Indonesian leaders to provide feedback, coaching and support of their work
• Brainstorms new ideas and strategies for outreach to further the mission
• Maintains relationships with current Guide Online ministry partners in the U.S.
• Seeks out new potential ministry partners through churches, individuals, and charitable foundations
• Collaborates with other related ministries to further the mission in Indonesia

Requirements:

• A mature, growing Christian with solid ties to a local church
• Can speak a basic level of the Indonesian language & is willing to become fluent
• Previous ministry experience in evangelism and discipleship
• At least an intermediate level of computer skills
• Willing to travel to Indonesia and to conferences around the world
• Willing to raise financial and prayer support for yourself and the ministry
• Willing to join meetings and calls in the mornings and evenings
• Previous leadership experience is preferred
