Operations Director

Impact Latin America seeks a full-time Operations Director to join the executive leadership team and engage US partners to plant God’s peace in individuals, homes, and communities.

The Operations Director assists the Executive Director, collaborates with the Field Director and supervises the Development Director. The successful applicant will have experience in organizational leadership and in building major donor relationships. They will be U.S. based, proficient in written and spoken Spanish and English, with broad understanding of both the U.S. and Latin American context.
