SUMMARY
The Digital Advertising and Content Manager analyzes, plans and executes toward the success of Global Media Outreach’s digital ad programs, web and other content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyzes key performance indicators to determine adjustments in advertising
- Identifies advertising channels and opportunities within them on a global
- Using metric-based performance standards, measures new campaigns and adjusts accordingly.
- Analyzes and manages the continuous improvement of Gospel website campaigns using multiple key performance
- Manages placement of content from our inventory of available content and works with partners to develop new content.
- Curates and determines best use of content beginning with the ads through the customer experience across multiple brands globally.
- Manages and maintains content across websites, digital resources, social media platforms, etc…. Ensures consistency in messaging and branding across all digital assets.
QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of:
- Strategic, operational, marketing and management fundamentals.
- Leadership, teamwork and relationship-building
- Culture intelligence and the impact of advertising to various
- Google Adwords, Meta and other digital channel advertising experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and content.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is required, with the ability to synthesize large data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to perform customer acquisition, content personalization, and ad targeting optimization is a plus.”
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent understanding of target audiences and the ability to create campaigns that resonate with them.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
