Director of Partnerships & Development

As Director of Partnerships & Development, you will lead Forefront Charity’s comprehensive gifts strategy, overseeing all fundraising, donor management/engagement, partnerships and revenue operations to ensure sustainable growth and alignment with our mission.  You will build innovative and impactful partnerships to grow our organization mission, acquire monthly-recurring donors, and land generous gifts (6 & 7 figures).  Your role includes:

• Strategic Revenue Vision and Leadership: Expertise in developing and executing long-term revenue strategies aligned with organizational goals. Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with Forefront Charity’s mission and goals. This includes overseeing major donor giving, brand partnerships, local organizations (i.e. schools, churches), foundations, and donor experience.
• Revenue Growth and Diversification: Identify and cultivate new revenue streams, including individual donors, partnerships, grants, and other funding opportunities, to support long-term sustainability.  Organize events including partnerships to elevate the Forefront Charity brand and raise revenue.
• Donor Engagement, Relations and Stewardship: Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners, ensuring a personalized and impactful donor experience.  Oversee donor engagement and stewardship strategies and events, ensuring strong relationships with key supporters and stakeholders.
