Director of eLearning

The Director of eLearning is responsible to provide vision, leadership, initiative, and strategy towards the development of eLearning experiences for East-West staff, volunteers, and partners. The Director will champion the design, development, and delivery of customized eLearning content to support the successful growth and expansion of ministry. The Director will provide clear guidance and creative solutions to fit specific ministry needs through consistent, high quality eLearning experiences, including modifying existing in-person trainings into eLearning experiences as well as developing new online trainings. The Director must be resourceful and encourage creative efforts to meet the needs and solve ministry training challenges as they arise. Further, the Director will be responsible for collaborating with the equipping team, subject-matter experts and other key stakeholders to design engaging and interactive online training experiences.
