Guide the creation and execution of a comprehensive integrated communication and marketing strategy intended to grow Avant’s brand identity and effectively tell its story so that an increasing number of people become meaningfully engaged in the missional experience of the organization. The Director leads the communications team by promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning, models integrity, and is committed to professional quality. Practically, the Director is responsible for ensuring that all of the organization’s communications deliverables and products reflect Avant’s strategic messaging and voice and are planned and implemented within the confines of appropriate deadlines and budget constraints.
