About the Role

As Associate Director of Church Engagement, you will:

Build and deepen relationships with senior church leaders
Coach and resource churches to mobilize members for disciple-making movements
Network with training organizations to connect expertise with church partners
Inspire churches to embrace God’s heart for unreached Muslim peoples
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partnership impact
Travel periodically for church visits, events, and conferences
Raise 100% of your financial support (salary, benefits, ministry expenses)

What We’re Looking For

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a love for the local church
Professional public speaking skills and confidence engaging senior leaders
Strategic thinker with strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Five years of experience in sales, customer service, or ministry preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred (High school diploma or GED required)
Ability to raise and maintain personal support
