Ancient Promise is a faith-based, inter-denominational, discipleship training non-profit, dedicated to establishing and expanding the kingdom of Jesus Christ by equipping God’s people to discover Him, know Him, and serve Him. We have created a specialized set of training materials for pastoral development and have hosted discipleship training programs in three East African Nations, two North Africa Nations, and Mexico. We are hoping to expand training courses to India in the coming year. This role is intended to begin as a full-time role. This position offers those with a heart for missions to impact international and domestic discipleship and pastoral training while still living in the United States.

We are looking for a Program and Product Director to coordinate and oversee our organization’s program development and ongoing product development. This position will direct the strategic development of all AP programs as well as the development of materials and products appropriate to the needs in the field. This individual will be a creative, innovative, strategic thinker and a results-driven administrator.
What you will be doing:
● Lead all efforts related to the development of Ancient Promise programs and materials
● Keep all products updated and able to initiate appropriate changes deemed necessary for both the program and the product.
● Develop a system to organize, prioritize curricula development and various translations
● Oversee all production of all written materials related to programs
● Lead efforts to design all art and promotional materials related to Ancient Promise products with a high standard of creativity and visual appeal
● Supervise Graphic Designer to network with paid and volunteer artists to develop graphic designs for product development
● Develop a team of certified trainers who can conduct the AP program in the US specifically focused on equipping ministry leaders as well as foreign and domestic missionaries
● Develop volunteer teams as deemed necessary to accomplish production goals
● Enlist, equip and encourage qualified volunteers such as artists, designers, photographers, and writers
● Track and organize all translations of materials
● Work with Visionary Directors to prioritize translations and their development
Work with Visionary Directors to develop appropriate programs for fieldwork

Supervisory Responsibilities
● Oversees programs and program development through managing logistic function volunteers and team members necessary for specific programs
Qualifications and Required Skills
● A heart for pastoral and church leadership training, a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, and a passion to help others find and follow Him
● Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing programs and processes necessary to equipping and training others
● Experience in oversight of teams – program development
● Demonstrable competency in Adobe Creative Suite
● Proven ability to take projects from beginning to end
● Organized and able to manage multiple projects
● Action-oriented and displays focus, passion, and initiative. Takes appropriate action when something needs to be done
● Relates well to all kinds of people, builds effective relationships, communicates effectively both interpersonally and corporately
● Organized, creative thinker, and highly productive, working in a fast-paced environment

This position requires that the applicant raise full support for their salary. Ancient Promise is willing to contribute educational training support in assisting the candidate with obtaining full financial support.
