Staff and members of organizations and churches with a Missio Nexus membership have an account on the Missio Nexus website, filled with access to exclusive perks and tools designed to support your work in global missions. Here, you’ll find guidance on navigating the website, making the most of your membership, and connecting with the community.

Definition of Terms:

  • Staff – Anyone in your team (employee, volunteer, etc.) who are added to the website. They are technically called sub-accounts on the website. We will use this word referring to both organization members and church mission members.
  • Administrator – The main point of contact for your organization/church for Missio Nexus. They oversee account management and have the ability to add or remove staff as needed.
  • Parent/sub-account – The Parent account is the main organization or church member account, being managed by the administrator. All of the staff (Sub-accounts) are held in the Parent account’s membership.

Church Membership FAQs and Benefits

How do I log in or sign in as a member?

First-Time Login Instructions for Missio Nexus – Ensure you are using an email registered by your administrator and are already added to the Missio Nexus website. Then, follow these simple steps to log in for the first time:

  1. Visit Missio Nexus
  2. Click “Sign in” – Located in the top right corner of the page. You’ll be redirected to a new window.
  3. Enter your email – Type your registered email address in the email field.
  4. Request a password – Click the “Get Password” text under the password field. A temporary password will be sent to your email. (You can change this later.)
  5. Log in – Copy and paste the temporary password into the password field, complete the math problem, and click “Log in.”
  6. You’re in! – You now have access to your Missio Nexus account.

Returning to the Missio Nexus website

  1. Visit Missio Nexus
  2. Enter your credentials – Use your username or email and password to sign in.
  3. Click “Sign in” – Located in the top right corner of the page. You’ll be redirected to a new window.
  4. Click “Remember Me” (optional) – If you want to stay logged in on your device.
  5. You are now logged in!

I can’t seem to access my member benefits, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble accessing your Missio Nexus member benefits, here are a few steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your login credentials – Make sure you’re using the correct email and password associated with your sub-account.
  2. Confirm your membership status – Ensure that your organization or church is an active member of Missio Nexus. You can go to the Directory and find your organization/church, if they are listed, their membership is probably active.
  3. Try a different browser – Sometimes switching browsers can resolve access issues.
  4. Clear your cache – Exit the page, clear your browser cache, and try logging in again.
  5. Contact support – If the issue persists, shoot us your email at help@missionexus.org, and we’ll be happy to check your account status and ensure you have the correct access.

Is my church/organization a Missio Nexus member?

You can check if your church or organization is a Missio Nexus member by visiting the Member Directory page, use the Search field, type in your church/organization name.

If you’re unsure, you can also:

  • Ask your administrator – They should be able to confirm your organization’s membership status.
  • Check your login access – If you have a sub-account, you likely have member benefits.
  • Contact Missio Nexus support – shoot us your email at help@missionexus.org, and we’ll be happy to check your membership status and provide assistance.

How do I register for a webinar?

You can register for a Missio Nexus webinar by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account – Ensure you’re signed in to your Missio Nexus member account. If you experience login issues, try switching browsers or clearing your cache.
  2. Visit the webinar registration page – Go to the Upcoming Events to find upcoming webinars.
  3. Select your webinar – Click on the webinar you want to attend to view details and registration options. Scroll to the bottom and click the plus sign and Get Tickets and fill out the registration form on the next page.
  4. Complete the registration form – Fill in the required details and submit your registration.
  5. Check your email for confirmation – You should receive a confirmation email with event details and access instructions.

Why can’t I register for a webinar?

If you’re having trouble registering for a Missio Nexus webinar, here are a few possible reasons and solutions:

  1. Login Issues – Ensure you’re logged into your Missio Nexus account. If you encounter a login loop, try switching browsers or clearing your cache.
  2. Membership Status – Some webinars are exclusive to members. Verify that your organization is an active member and that your account is properly linked.
  3. Technical Glitches – If the registration page isn’t loading or buttons aren’t working, try refreshing the page or accessing it from a different device.
  4. Delayed Access – If the webinar is close to its start time, the registration link may not be visible until a few minutes before the session begins. Quick! Send us a chat message or email us and we will verify your registration and send you the Zoom link!
  5. If none of these solutions work, reach out to Missio Nexus support for assistance at help@missionexus.org.

If you’ve registered for a Missio Nexus webinar but can’t find the Zoom link, try these steps:

  1. Check your email – The webinar link is usually sent in a confirmation email. Look for an email from Missio Nexus or Zoom in your inbox and spam folder.
  2. Verify your registration – Ensure you completed the registration process and received a confirmation email.
  3. Contact support – If you still can’t find the link, quick! Send us a chat text and or emails us and we will quickly verify your registration and send you the Zoom link!

Why can’t I download the latest EMQ?

If you’re having trouble downloading the latest Evangelical Missions Quarterly (EMQ) issue, here are a few possible reasons and solutions:

  1. Membership or Subscription Required – The latest EMQ issues are only available to Missio Nexus members and EMQ subscribers. Ensure your membership is active before attempting to download.
  2. Access Restrictions – Older volumes may be available in article format only, while full-issue downloads are limited to specific years.
  3. Technical Issues – If the download link isn’t working, try:
    • Switching to a different browser
    • Clearing your cache and refreshing the page
    • Checking your internet connection
  4. Subscription Verification – If you believe you should have access but still can’t download, reach out to EMQ-Subscriptions@missionexus.org to confirm your subscription status.

Do I have free access to RightNow Media?

If your organization is a Missio Nexus member, you and your staff can enjoy free access to RightNow Media, a vast platform of Bible study resources. This benefit is exclusively available to organizational members.

Through Missio Nexus, you will have access to:

  • A wide selection of Bible study videos covering various topics
  • Workshops designed for adults
  • Group activities and family-friendly resources

To get started:

  1. Confirm your organization’s enrollment – Ask your administrator to verify if your organization is signed up for RightNow Media.
  2. Submit staff emails – If your organization is enrolled, your administrator will send us your staff’s emails.
  3. Receive your invitation – Once added, your staff will promptly receive a RightNow Media invitation to activate their access.
  4. Check or request your enrollment status – You can also reach out to us directly to verify your RightNow Media enrollment and request a resend of your invitation link if needed.

Right-Side Drop-Down Menu (underneath the Organization name in top right corner) 

  • Profile allows you to upload your organization/church’s logo and banner or tagline.  Add your logo and this will be displayed in the members’ directory.  This is not mandatory but makes a splash in the directory – an opportunity for you to showcase your ministry to members of our network and those who review the directory when they visit the website. You may click this link to see the directory of members.  
  • Account – everyone in your staff has this Account page. They will see these sub-tabs and their functions:
    • Login Information: Change your password.
    • Notification Settings: Enable/disable Missio Nexus communication preferences.
    • Privacy: Select who may see your profile details, billing, and shipping addresses.
    • Profile Visibility: Set the organization/church to “visible”. Each staff member can adjust these settings to their preference.
  • Membership: Find your administrator information, subscription options, membership renewal link, and payment history. Add and remove staff under the sub-account tab.
  • Purchases: View all transactions made on the website and links to downloadable products.
  • Timeline: View your activities on the Missio Nexus News Feed.
  • Connections: See your connections and requests to connect with other members.
  • Groups: See which groups you belong to and group invitations.
  • Email Invites: Invite people to the Missio Nexus website (note: this does not connect people to your membership profile and should not be used to invite your staff members).
