SUMMARY:The 8 Things Healthy Missions Agencies Do Consistently
DESCRIPTION:Every missions agency and nonprofit already has an operating system. Participants will learn how that operating system is formed through decisions\, alignment\, and day-to-day execution\, and why most systems become accidental rather than intentional over time. \nThe virtual event will walk through the eight core components behind the Impact Operating System\, drawn from the framework introduced in Built for Impact. Participants will learn how to recognize where their agency is strong\, where friction is emerging\, and which components need attention now. The focus is not on fixing everything\, but on identifying the right few areas to strengthen in order to unlock clarity\, health\, and momentum. \nParticipants will learn how to:\n– Understand the eight core components that shape how a missions agency actually operates\n– Identify under-built components that are limiting clarity\, health\, and momentum\n– Clarify a focused next step for strengthening organizational effectiveness without adding complexity \n \nPresenters: \nDoug Paul – As a thought leader and best-selling author who has spent 20+ years helping nonprofits navigate transformative growth\, Doug is one of the managing parterns at Catapult. His experience spans nonprofit leadership\, innovation\, and adaptive planning\, with a focus on keeping organizations resilient and driving towards their real-life vision in an ever-changing landscape. \n  \n  \n  \n  \nAndy Graham – Originally from Northern Ireland\, he serves as one of the Principals and Lead Strategists at Catapult\, where he helped shape the Impact Operating System. He specializes in navigating strategic pivots and helping Executive Teams create alignment between mission and execution. \n  \n  \n  \n  \nMissio Nexus encourages interaction on diverse and difficult topics. SUMMARY:How to Build a Metrics Dashboard for a Missions Agency
DESCRIPTION:Summary:\nMost missions agencies track a lot of numbers but still lack clarity on whether they’re counting the right things. Are these numbers helping them make decisions? This workshop shows how to build a simple Impact Dashboard that connects metrics to real gospel outcomes. \nSynopsis:\nMany missions agencies feel tension around metrics. Stories are compelling but anecdotal\, activity is high\, but leaders still struggle to see whether the outcomes they hope for are really happening. Without a clear dashboard\, decisions become reactive and churches\, Foundations and donors are left guessing.\nThis workshop introduces a practical approach to building an Impact Dashboard designed for missions agencies. Participants will learn how to create a Dashboard that mirrors what we’ve learned from healthy agencies who have created a 360-degree view of their impact\, connecting daily activity to long-term results. Participants will learn how to identify a small set of vital metrics that guide better decisions and surface issues early. \nLearning Objectives:\nLearn why most missions dashboards fail and how to design one that drives clarity\nIdentify missional\, operational\, and cultural metrics that matter for missions agencies\nApply Lead and Lag Measures to connect field activity to real outcomes\nLeave with a clear framework for building or refining an Impact Dashboard \nPresenters: \nCHRIS CURTIS\nDirector of Coaching and Training\nChris lives with his family in Greenville\, SC. Through his years of experience in education\, ministry\, international leadership development and coaching\, Chris has developed a keen interest in helping leaders become healthy so they can lead healthy organizations. \n  \n  \n  \nTODD MILBY\nManaging Partner\, Catapult\nTodd Milby lives in Greenville\, SC and is a Managing Partner of Catapult. Todd founded Catapult in 2015. He has helped catalyze vision and align strategy for hundreds of organizations. He specializes in identifying organizational gaps\, creating tailored solutions and calling leaders up to their full potential. \n  \n  \n  \nMissio Nexus encourages interaction on diverse and difficult topics.
