DESCRIPTION:A Strategy-to-Execution Alignment Lab for Mission Organizations \nInvitation \nMissio Nexus\, in partnership with Catapult\, invites you to a highly practical\, 1.5-day working intensive designed to bring CEO’s/Executive Directors\, boards and executive teams into the same operating model—clarifying how execution actually happens and what healthy accountability looks like without micromanagement. \nWhy This Event Exists \nMany mission organizations have strong vision\, sound strategy\, and committed leaders—yet still struggle to translate direction into consistent results. This event is built around one core question – How do boards and executive teams work together to ensure strategy turns into execution—faithfully\, clearly\, and sustainably? \nThis is not a conference and not a lecture series.
