This is a Church Mission Leader Peer-2-Peer Event
The good news is that many of your team members will never be the same after going on a short-term mission trip. The new friendships and the joy of seeing lives transformed can change a person forever. But the bad news is that many do return home without much long-term life-change and, within a few short weeks, have resumed their usual routines of life. What is the difference? How do we plan for long term personal change?
Join us as we discuss and try to answer these and other questions you as leaders might have asked yourselves when planning and returning from a STM trip. We’ll also look at safe and best ways to prepare to travel on a STM trip. Asher Sarjent and Luis Lama will join us on this Peer2Peer Virtual Event as we discuss: Short-Term Mission Trips (Before, During & After)…best practices for travel & being effective.
Be prepared to learn best practices for being an effective STM team and best practices as you prepare to travel on a STM trip.
