A Peer-2-Peer Event for Church Mission Leaders
Over the past 20 years, there has been a significant increase in the number of women serving in leadership roles in missions in the local church. Estimates show that 60% of key missions leaders in churches are women, including both staff and lay leaders. Empowering women in church missions leadership is a strategic way to release untapped potential in churches across the country. We anticipate that this important P2P gathering will not only benefit women in church missions leadership roles, but it will also provide insights for men in senior leadership roles to learn how best to work with the women in their circles. This is recommended for ALL church mission leaders.
