EMQ’s April Edition Focuses on Member Care
How can organizations and churches adequately care for a globally based workforce? That’s what the April 2022 edition explores. Around 30 men and women from more than 10 nations collaborated to write about a wide range of member care topics. The issue is packed with tips and resources that will help you apply good member care principles in your organization, church, and local context.
Articles examine the theology of member care, role of church, effects of organizational cultures, care needs of non-Western missionaries, and ways to grow member care capacity. They also look deeper into a few practical areas like hospitality, conflict, resilience, and loss.
