Organizations that have transitioned from performance appraisal to coaching and development are attracting highly qualified and motivated staff. A coaching culture contributes to greater employee engagement, ownership, responsibility and productivity. In this workshop participants will be provided with a coaching diagnostic tool/assessment and a model for coaching. The benefits of frequent feedback will be discussed and participants will acquire knowledge on how to develop a coaching culture in the work environment.
