The Member Development Department Administrative Assistant will develop and maintain the Member Management Platform (MMP) and update MPS internal system, used for all US member personnel, while also providing administrative support to the department. This is a full-time, Peachtree City, GA Office position.

Classification: Full Time, Monday –Friday, 40hrs/week FSLA Overtime Classification: Exempt from overtime

Job Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and maintain the Member Management Platform (MMP).

·         Manage candidates’ process through the MMP, updating workflows throughout the application, assignment confirmation, and orientation and training phases in collaboration with appointee coaches.

·         Maintain and update candidate tracker board in the MDev Department.

·         Maintain personnel systems as needed with an eye for eliminating what is redundant and unnecessary.

·         Research and implement new tools to streamline department processes and collaboration.

·         Point person for communicating with IMPC for psychological evaluations for candidates, handling billing/payment, while maintaining confidentiality.

·         In collaboration with personnel officers, review, organize and maintain personnel files on the network, standardizing how these are used.

·         Provide agendas and meeting notes for department meetings and Personnel Officers Committee (POC) meetings.

·         Work with Member Care Director to provide necessary documents for employment and checkout.

·         Work with the Events Coordinator to create/improve schedules, materials, and communications for Engage AIM, checkouts, pastor visits, Explore AIM, Mobilizer Forums and other MDev Department events.

·         Present sessions during events as appropriate (MMP/LMS/others depending on expertise)

·         Participate in all required office activities. (Morning prayer times, prayer days, office wide staff meetings, weekly department meetings, etc).

·         Other duties as assigned by the Candidate Director

·         Tasks specific to member personnel processes, including but not limited to: assisting with member requests and correspondence, tracking home assignment and leaves.

·         Generate monthly status reports based on leave requests

·         Evidence of spiritual maturity and abiding relationship with Christ

·         Strong organization skills

·         Collaborates well with others

·         Strong visual and written communication skills

·         Aptitude to learn new systems, processes and programs and teach others to implement them

·         Must be able to manage several projects/tasks at the same time, meet deadlines, and not lose track of details
