Executive Director

Looking to the future, toward the succession of our founder to our next leader, the Board of Christian Educators Outreach (www.ceokids.org) seeks candidates for the role of Executive Director. We are looking for a proven track record that demonstrates experience and expertise in both fundraising and administration. This individual should have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree and some level of biblical and theological training (a Masters in a related field is preferable). This leader must understand the importance of personal disciple making and mentoring that characterizes the CEO mission and vision. They should also have the equivalent of two years of cross-cultural experience and a minimum of two years of leadership experience in any field. A detailed job description is available HERE. Remuneration will be negotiated based on the candidate’s qualifications and needs. While this is a salaried position, it is incumbent upon the Executive Director to raise the funds to cover that salary as well as the entire administrative budget.
