Leading other leaders is a challenging task, especially when those leaders are serving in difficult and demanding environments. The field workers we support rely on us to bring our best, but that’s no small feat when we’re often running on empty, facing isolation, and pushing hard. God designed us to thrive in community, and we function at our best when we receive consistent affirmation, inspiration, and encouragement. Missio Nexus is committed to connecting field leaders with one another and partnering with organizations like the Wellspring Group to equip leaders with skills that foster life-changing, authentic community. You are not alone. A fellowship of other leaders awaits you!
