While few in the North American Great Commission community would argue the need for the whole church to be on mission to reach the whole world, progress reflecting greater diversity in mission organizations has been limited. What hinders diversity? What organizational priorities need to be addressed to develop a culture of diversity? Join us as we learn from InterVarsity’s journey in incorporating meaningful and authentic diversity, equity, and inclusion values into her organization. This session will include reflective discussion, contextual insights, and actionable resources to advance transformative organizational change.
